Paul, In regards to their secondary offering. I recall seeing their CEO on CNBC last year-probably early in the yr. He was asked if any secondary offerings were planned. His reply was sterling- from memory: "not at this time, our share price is below our last offering and we don't feel it proper or fair to issue shares below the previous offering." It stuck with me, as it exemplified a concern for shareholders that is often neglected in the biotech industry. I am not sure what their previous offering price was, but I believe it to be low double digits. If CNSI drops below $10, definitely look for it to be shelved.
