Allen: Any thoughts on the recent wave of selling by insiders at WIND? I had a long talk with Richard Kraber yesterday, the CFO, and he maintained that this was just diversification on the part of the directors. They have been consistently selling parts of their option grants as they become vested, and indicated they would be likely to continue doing so in the future. His comments seemed believable, and he said that everyone at the company continues to be comfortable with the Street's 4th quarter estimates. I know you've spoken about this in the past, but the consistent selling by Kraber, Abelman, Fiddler, and Wilner, et. all gives me a little concern. What do you make of it? Jason
