Tip, EMC hit a homerun and I didn't see anything especially fishy in their numbers. However, the story here is an overpriced stock when Y2K and increased competition are about to rear their ugly heads. We have to remember that this co. lives by business spending and the fallout from share price drops and tighter credit for junk cos. will start to hit this quarter. If, as Gartner Group predicts, 44% of IT budgets go to Y2K fixes next year, I don't see how EMC maintains their growth rate.
