The lawsuit will be wrapped up shortly (my guess is tossed out) ending the distraction factor, and the other factors appear to be getting significant attention.

TechMaster, the fact that BG was out of town and court on the 15th could have caused the announcement on that day to be weak. Obviously he was away from his office and in court. In spite of this a timely announcement was made. I would like to think that they had such good news coming that the CEO would like to make a statement concerning the company's future, thus it may come at a later date.

Personally , I was glad to see anything on the 15th considering the above.

Also, I have to consider what's at state in the law suite and if BG loses what he has to pay with, money based on share value or shares them self. Either way it may personally benefit him for the share value to be low. I don't have the answer and would love to hear some feedback about this.

Anyway, I'm starting to feel like I'm up to my ass in alligators with this stock and it's getting a little painful.
