Yes this deal is larger than what the ASE usually deals with.But the information the ASE wants is the same info on the list that BV got in jan/98.I think it took BV longer to put the info together than they thought it would,i also think BV can & hopefully will put the deal together shortly with the ase's blessing or without.Who knows maybe we will be trading by this monday or next monday!!In the long run all shareholders will be rewarded by BV,they also have a strong mining side to the company as well!For BV this has been a learning curve as it would be for any company with this much on there plate.As for the land it was tied up(pending) last year i think.Been here for years,will stay here for years.And yes there has been a little mis-leading going on.
