It was smart of MU to get Italy fab, that way MU can by pass strict EU regulation. It opens up another door for MU to sell more in EU. All it takes is one suitcasefull of chips right? Why do you think rich guys are buying properties to rent it out to government for projects? It'll show loss on paper for years. Are they actually losing $$$ from it? Think about it. InSook
