No, by my read it adds $200 million. VEBA will kick in $104 million immediately and will get a number of shares based on the subscription price. The subscription price will be determined by the trading price immediately prior to the final prospectus. Thus if the stock is trading at $10, VEBA will get 10.4 million additional shares, and owners of record will get about .25 of rights for every share they own. If the stock is trading at $5, VEBA gets 20.8million shares and owners get .5 of rights per share.
