besides more validation for wireless networks, it think the WCII/LU deal makes it a little easier to see ARTT and WCII merging. also frees up WCII financial resources to acquire ARTT. also makes it clear that LU will be able to deliver the P-MP goods to ARTT. WCII's press release talks about "global" network, possibly a code phrase for acquiring ARTT and its European spectrum assets. mark
