Those promoting and representing this kind of practice know who you are. For all others - if you feel threatened in your investment position by those who participate in this kind of honorless behavior, PLEASE report the issues as you see them to SEC Division of Enforcement, at sec.gov " Understand that the SEC is the investor's advocate. Its charter is to protect investors and to ensure that the securities markets remain fair and honest. The aforementioned SEC form provides the moral investor a means to help. The SEC cannot be "everywhere", so it is up to us to "flag" those who slander for reasons of personal gain. They use false, misleading, and unsubstantiated innuendo to create a negative and unwholesome environment for their short play. They are hypesters of the very worst kind. zack
