Hi Jim. <<BDC agreed to make a site visit to Golden Eagle's Cangalli, Bolivia prospect and perform work necessary to determine the extent of mineralization at the prospect, geologically evaluate areas of the prospect and, based on the results of the foregoing work, generate a plan of work to develop mineable resources on the Cangalli property.>>

There mandate is muddled...but I think its wordspeak! They will determine the extent of the mineralization, this can only be done through an audit or complete resampling program. I think it will be audit! They then will generate a plan of work! This work plan will be the result of the audit. There are three scenarios;

1) No workplan because there is no gold
2) Workplan that will infill sample for a poor "Guido technique".
3) Workplan that will expand the existing resource

My belief is that it will be #2!
