Lawrence, I agree with you , Marketing and Sales support are very key components to help grow the business. It may be worth having a look at the recent press release, my feeling is that there are a few hints in that release about upcoming efforts/focus regarding the concerns that you recently expressed on this thread. In my opinion, I think that NYRR may just be turning a positive corner time will tell.
