DJ: Milan Capital Group Drops Havana Republic From Its Stable of Emerging
Growth Companies
(PR Newswire 10/22 11:44:14)

MELVILLE, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1998--Milan Capital Group today
decided to rescind its future obligations with Havana Republic Inc. due to
disagreements as to the direction the company should take to increase
shareholder value.
We thank all the shareholders and investors for their support and wish them
and management all the best.
Although we feel Havana Republic still has tremendous potential, we at Milan
Capital Group felt that management's direction didn't coincide with Milan's
growth strategies.
