The RS is strong and the sector is now Bull confirmed at 40%. Would like to buy on pullbacks around 19/20. Your stops depend on your position, long or trade. Break of the bullish support is 16 which would be a trade stop but you could give it room to 13 for long, which would break the September/August lows. Jannie I ammie
