Hi Jason. but in a 2 weeks terms, ARP is definitely going to jump to the $5.xx range. And in a few months terms, ARP is going to sit there at $5.xx range.

Just some numbers I wish this thread to debate with me!

If ARP owns 60% of the project and $5.xx represents $5.40, then the property value at 100% equals $9.00

There are 36mm shares outstanding. Newmont has stated they feel there is 4 million ounces of Gold/Gold equivalent in this project.

4mm ozs @ $25.00US per ounce = $100,000,000US
60% of this would be $60,000,000US market cap for ARP's portion of Valero
$60,000,000US equals $90,000,000 Canuck/ 36mm shares = $2.50

To arrive at a price of $5.xx you would need 8 million+ ounces of Gold/Gold equivalent, and a buyer at that price!

Do you think this is possible or probable?

These are sincere questions, I have no ARP stock at this point. I am trying to determine a "reasonable value" level It appears the market has already factored in, 3.36mm ounces gold/gold equivalent!

$2.50 = 4mm ozs gold/gold equivalent
$2.10 = 3.36mm ozs gold/gold equivalent
