Toy, Dell likely had to appease the MSFT God in order to ensure they continue to receive the best OEM pricing point on Win98 licensing for their PCs that they roll out. Maybe Dell was even offered a couple less points on the price per unit if they made the migration. This would seem to imply Dell will be an even better investment due to their lower overall cost of goods?
