Based ONLY on TA, I wouldn't pick it as my first short.

The gory details:

MACD isn't anywhere near crossing and Relative Strength (RSI) is still pretty darn strong.

On the other hand, RSI IS pointing downwards at the moment, and Stochastic IS crossing and Momentum has started to point sharply downward. Linear regression is still aiming downward, although it is frequently one of the last indicators to change direction. LR was predicting a price point of 3 1/2 for today, but that didn't work out. EMA is asserting its gravity around 5.

On the other-other hand, WFR has already fallen pretty darn hard today, and is close to the top of the price channel and is inside the Bolinger Bands. It looks like it may be taking a short rest before running up again.

To sum it up in english, I wouldn't personally short WFR today. I would hazard a guess that it's going to see another top in the days ahead. That's when gravity will take over and that would be the time to short it.
