I spoke to Gus this morning. First, I have no definite answers to the unexpected delay in the press releases. There are many many channels that the PR's are going through including attorneys, management, etc. etc. before hitting the wires. The company is growing at such an extreme rate that priorities are in different places right now. Be assured, good news will be coming. Gus referred to PanAmerican Healthcorp as a growing "monster" (in a good sense). Contracts, BIG contracts, are being signed. The business com- munity is learning of the successes of the company and are approaching it to have a piece of the action. John, for example, has had several offers for interviews. PanAmerican Healthcorp is growing substantially and the company will be releasing more news of contracts such as was done recently with the web site update. The reverse merger has been totally completed. The company is now officially PanAmerican Bancorp. Old stock certificates will be exchanged shortly. There is a marketing plan in place. Insider Trading will have the Grand Opening at the Garden City, New York Center tomorrow. The local press and photographers have been notified and publicity has been taken care of. All of the divisions are having very positive results and we will know more details in the future so just relax a little.
