After the completed 504 offering, total shares outstanding for DDSI are approximately 5.1 million shares.
1.5 mil.additional shares in 2 wks. is some hefty dilution,would'nt you say.Don't get me wrong,I do understand the need for capital at this juncture.It's too bad they have to get such a crummy price!!
