Looking for a little advice. Couple of weeks back I indicated that I suffered a sellout. Well, there was a little more to it than that. I got double crossed by relying on what I was told by my broker. Scenario: CF dropped Monday; called my broker Tuesday said what's the call? He said don't worry about it until Friday. Dropped more Tuesday/..I called him again Wednesday and he said the call is now $XXXXX.YY, due Friday, so let's just plan on talking Thursday to see what the damage is then, so don't worry about it till then. Dropped more Wednesday. Thursday, he called me, & said our margin department sold you out of ZZ,ZZZ shares yesterday at under $6....they got scared that it might gap down in the morning. Thursday & Friday recovered such that the initial (Monday call due Friday would he kept me in their good graces. Now I'm in a pissing match and they have offered a paltry settlement to resolve the issue.

Anybody gone through this? sage advice welcome. public or private. Thanks
