Larry and others,

I understand that Bob Gruder placed 4 million shares in escrow to cover his indemnification of Alydaar. As he still has 3.2 million shares and a large sum of money from previous sales of Alydaar, why would he inform the investment community of his intent and then, not execute his intention. Given the potential positive attributes it would bring to other investors as well as his own profitability, could some ask him to personally respond? I would like to understand his position and also other small investors thoughts.

Thanks and examine the post on Idaho Power-this could be a niche for Alydaar (huge) and why didn't TAVA get this? Another possibility to leverage a competitive advantage for ALYD???
