The satellites are Express class, to replace existing Gorizonts that are now near end of life. LM-Intersputnik deal is booking agent for the birds. Seems as if LM intedns to have a nice hold on international satellites ---> Comsat (Intelsat) and Intersputnik, the Russian counterpart. They almost came out of nowhere.

Nothing here for VIP -- although GSM and DAMPS in Russia remains an awesome lock.
