I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Amy from CCI's customer service dept. this morning. She called me to explain why my CDs haven't arrived yet (I didn't even call CCI to ask about them). Very professional. I asked her about marketing. She said that the Village Voice and Rolling Stone would have adds in the December issues. Also said that Internet ads will start running in late November. Said I should she changes in the site's appearance over the coming weeks.
