They have some limited exposure to Brazil and one of their deals (only about 1-3mm per quarter in revenues out of more than 40mm) with Telegroup looks like it might not be generating much for a couple quarters due to problems at Telegroup. They are also changing their product mix to lower margin software in order to appeal to smaller telecom companies. All this being said, they should still be worth $30 (more in a buy out).
