1. Side impact door airbags. BMW was only going to put it in the 7 series. It was such a requested option, it is standard in all series, 7, 8, 3 for next year. The only one it will not be in is Z-3 roadster.

Simula announced a second car company that does not want to be known. The reason is that when BMW announced the side impact door bag, orders came in so rapidly for this option. BMW was unable to put the airbag in all the cars and this caused a problem. Basically, the new car company is concerned about major orders for this option and they need to make sure it will be available. My guess is that the car company is Range Rover, just a guess though.

2. Government contracts. They sell a parachute that was redesigned for low jumps. Orders for this product and patients on the technology can be another significant revenue source.

3. The new airbag for the safety belt. The bag is actually in the restraint that will inflate in a crash. This belt does two things.
A. the impact will not injure bones like a seatbelt does.
B. keep the passenger in the seatbelt in case of a rollover.

Just a couple of reasons listed. I like companies that are high growth. High growth blew the margins but that can be contained in the future. The company has several products and many suppliers. I own the stock and I own the bonds.
