I'm not in GBIT yet, but have been following it to find an entry point in anticipation of solid earnings. Obviously, being de-listed adds a twist to the situation.

Do any of you know how the de-listing will affect the financing GBIT has done this year? I seem to recall reading that their Preferreds and Covertible Debentures included pretty severe penalties in the event that GBIT is de-listed (SEC filings). Any indication from the company about how forgiving the investors will be in the event of a de-listing?

Thanks in advance--.
