You may want to check out Banker's Trust (BT). It is trading around 60 yet they are losing money in massive amounts with heavy Russian and hedge fund exposure. Stockholders seem to be counting on a merger at a premium with Deutsche Bank. Two problems: 1. Merger may not occur. 2. Deutsche may be looking for a bargain and not willing to pay a premium especially since BT faces a possibility of going under without some kind of merger.
