Something is not right. The Nasdaq rules are: "If it trades under $1.00 for 30 trading days, MAY be delisted but only AFTER YET ANOTHER 90 day waiting period." The warning letter should have been sent last week if at all thus a 90 day waiting period should be starting not delisting. What is going on here? Has anyone called the SEC, Global or Liberty? I bet there phones are ringing. Dave
