To All From Daniel DFNL is finally on a firm footing, after years of abuse by greedy ineffective management. Since taking over as CEO on Aug. 14, 1997, Charles Kiefner has worked diligently to clear up the financial mess that had been made of DFNL. With the filing of the 1997 form 10-KSB, all the dead wood and smoke have been removed from the company. A clean foundation has been established to expand DFNL into a MAJOR industry participant. The TV station, WINQ is back to full transmission power and advertising is being sold faster than the ads can be produced. Revenues are on the increase and I am sure the investors will be pleased with the events to be announced over the next few weeks.
