Zeev, Thank you for the welcome to the table. I look forward to joining soon as a full fledged Knight. If I read you correctly, you are not happy with this new development. I didn't see a date or any other indicator in the filing of when they intend to make these purchases. I also did not see any indicator of how long after VEBA makes these purchases we would have to buy @ the same price. Would there be an opportunity for buying the stock at a discount? I mean if VEBA buys @ $7 and the stock goes to $10 before I buy also @ $7. Bruce
