To all,

Having quite a bit invested here, I called GBIT after calling NDB.

GBIT is preparing a press release dealing with this. But I am getting ahead of myself. I spoke with John Dessler. I am guessing at the spelling because I didn't ask. He is an outside consultant with GBIT. He has been working with them for about 18 months. He said that management, the lawyers and NASDAQ have been in contact and NASDAQ has acknowledged that they MAY HAVE pulled the trigger too soon on GBIT.

John sounded upbeat about all that is happening with the banking, convertibles, merger proposal, etc. He also sounded busy. He invited me to call him anytime to speak about the company and gave me his phone number. His office is in town and he is up on what is happening.

I plan to stay pat for the following reasons:
1) next quarter report due out in about 2 weeks.
2) expecting good news in quarterly report
3) I have calculated that NASDAQ DID pull the trigger early. I didn't expect the trigger until late November or early December. Plenty of time after the quarterly report to bail if not good.
4) If quarterly report is good, that will be 3 consecutive positive quarters and that gets attention.

Stay in the Black! jimS
