Hello Nick, I am but a casual passerby, certainly did not know of the drama unfolding in this thread! (BC, you been holding out on me buddy?) But, please examine the above statement by you....and look at how ludicrous it is when distilled to the base content.
We are all in this for the money, aren't we? If someone knowingly or unknowingly posts a "recommendation" to buy a stock, is it any different from the bullshit that goes on with CNBC "experts" on a daily basis???? Think about it, when an anal-ist posts a buy rec, do you think he/she does that for the humanitarian reward?
Most of us who have hung around here for a while have at one time or another been sucked into this or that "whirlwind" opportunity, the innocent are nearly identical to the "guilty" when it comes to hyping a stock.
I have witnessed the dashing of many an inflated ego over one's stock picking prowess, usually it is humorous. The market makes fools of us all at one time or another.
And to the perpetrator of the "hoax" press release....that was a stroke of sheer genius, anything that ballsey deserves recognition, I guess you got it in one form or another! |
