Ken, I think we are talking on the wrong thread. But what the heck, here goes.

When a big ask volume appears like that only one thing comes to mind, shake-out. The broker that posted that bid volume wants the little investors to give up their shares at a lower price. He has no intention of selling. I would have predicted that as soon as someone bought some of those shares at $0.70, they would have been removed from the board. You only have to ask yourself how long any of the cheap shares last before being snatched up...literally minutes.

I'm not worried about Moneta at all. I've seen at least 3-4 independent reports calling for a $1.20 valuation based on current reserves and >$2 if the expected reserve expansions are proved true in the next few months. I've also been in correspondence with E.Charter's and he also likes this stock (he's had it as a buy consistently since under $0.55 and believes it will hit $1.20 by Feb.).
Any weakness right now is only profit taking and the drop in the price of gold. Moneta has the most property in the Timmin's area of any junior. This area is already starting to heat up again (check out NVE, BLKP, LRDR).

I've posted the remarks of NeuroPro re: CNP in a message earlier this week (click on my name above and check it out). I've been in CNP for about 4 months now and I plan to add more. I agree that having RON aboard, and Shirley Owen's and Bob Bishop's approval is a good sign. Ron has been following this stock alot longer than I have.

So this is not a total loss on this thread, I have heard local rumors that Mindoro (MIO.C) has something up it's sleave re: it's property in Indonesia. Talk is that they are waiting for the BRE-X fiasco to be settled before anything is announced. Again this is only a rumor I've heard (This is an Edmonton Based company therefore alot of people locally have recieved IPO's).
Does anyone else follow this stock?

Good Luck,

Essam.
