1200 head count - that's a good chunk of cash per Q. Even if business just stay even, all that will show up by Q2. I don't think we have to wait till 2001. May be dead money for 3 to 6 months, may break out in Jan after tax selling, I'm ready for it.

PS On the DRAM side, PC66/0.35um, is starting to drop again. PC100/0.25um is firm. We won't have long to wait - LSI made it in one piece to 0.25/0.18um, they'll be making money.
