Major unjustified panic selling. Buyers of machines simply postponed purchases pending resolution of the surcharge legislation, which did not pass. They're now buying again, which should make Qtr 1 look especially strong come next January. With a little patience, buyers at this level should be well rewarded. I bought more at 1 1/8.
