Dboy - cable modem systems and cable telephony systems are completely different. In fact, the Motorola cable modem, known as CyberSurfer, is excellent - one of the best out there right now. Keep in mind that TCI provides this service through an affiliate of @Home called TCI.NET. And TCI.NET uses several different cable modem systems to provide the Internet service. So please ask them before you sign up which cable modem they will be giving you. Then write me back and tell me what they said and I'll give you my opinion of the modem they're pushing - er, providing to you.
