Thermo Tech(TM) to respond to
dissident shareholders
VANCOUVER, Oct. 22 /CNW-PRN/ - Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc.

THERMO TECH(TM) TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the ''Company'') issued the following news release today in response to the announcement that a group of dissident shareholders have prepared and filed a dissident proxy circular and are soliciting dissident proxies.
Management of the Company will be responding to the allegations raised in the dissident proxy circular in a letter to the shareholders of the Company. Any shareholder of the Company receiving any dissident proxy material is advised not to take any action until management has delivered its response to shareholders. Management is confident that shareholders fully appraised of management's response and the inadequacy of the proposed slate of directors will not support the
dissident shareholders.
Management of the Company intends to issue its response on Monday, October 26, 1998. Management's response will be mailed to all registered shareholders and will be posted on the Company's web site at ttrif.com. Shareholders will also be able to obtain a copy of management's response directly from the Company.
