I am not an institution and I have always liked this company. In fact, I like it so much that I took the recent dip to 18 as a chance to double up on my holdings (I now have a whopping 600 shares). MCHP is one of the better semiconductor industry bets and whenever the industry gets out of its slump, MCHP will be back past 50. I can't help you on temporary shorts, because I have no clue as to where MCHP is going in the next 30 days. Richard
