Brady, I am a big believer in market activity. Tiverton is showing signs of life. I will be attempting to contact our 1 million shares friend asap. In the meanwhile, I have added 50,000 shares to my portfolio. Average cost $0.48. Action on January 2nd, 1997 was 106,000 shares, today, January 3rd, 1997, 265,000. Someone is buying (not just me) and no one is selling too quickly. Given that this stock has been doing absolutely nothing for more than a year, this level of activity is a sure fire signal that something is up. Unlike Coleville, this stock has been touted in the Moneyletter and Investor's Digest, not by many brokerage houses, but by the odd one or two. Unfortunately, memory escapes me as to who has put out positive calls. Unlike Coleville, while this stock is not sexy (oil and gas rather than gold), it is not very volatile either. Never traded below 0.30 with any degree of volume, nor above 0.40 with any degree of volume UNTIL NOW! Soon as I can dig up anything of substance, I'll post it.
Good investing, but don't hold your breath on Coleville. Too volatile and too unpredictable. Wish I would have dumped it when it hit $3.00 the other day. Gut feeling is that it is a loser. And unlike Coleville, with Tiverton, I put my money where my mouth is and bought as it hit a new volume and price high. |
