Freddie,
That was very well said and I hope your scenario pans out. Please elaborate on your comment " Famh, by all accounts, is generating 55-60 million in revenues. " I have seen nothing referring to these numbers. What accounts?
I think you are going to see a reverse split before you see Arif giving back 30 million shares. What do you think?
I also think that if you are right and the company does turn things around, you are going to make money faster if there were only 7.3 mil outstanding (1 for 10 reverse).instead of 73 mil. Example, you can have 10,000 shares at 6 cents or 1,000 shares at 60 cents. I know most of you will say that it will go from 60 to 40 to 30, but thats only if you believe its a dog. The flip side is, the float is now about 2.4 mil (guess), the company's financials start looking good (Which Freddie hopes), buying comes in and the lower float causes the price to go to $1.00. Investor's will be fighting for the available shares. I think the 6 cent price tied with 70 mil outstanding, 24 mil float will scare many investors away. A reverse split will work if you believe in the company, not overnight, but it will work. Why do you think the company will turn around, but you don't think a reverse split may benefit you? |
