Theo, Marc, Jules- what's your take? Am I being too critical? It's exactly on First Call's target. It's exactly in the range that was pre-announced. What's your problem? I was hoping for more.... but as I have said previously next quarter is what matters. The important statement was that the merger of the companies is going very smoothly. Marc
