What implications? What does that have to do with RNTK? Did you read the press release, or was this post just an attempt to hype?

Do you think all these manufactureres are going to respond to this lawsuit buy telling the government that all these diesel customer's have to do is to buy that nice clean stuff RNTK produces?

If you research this further, beyond the press release, you realize that the pollution control devices were tampered with or in some cases removed. It is analagous to GM removing the catalytic converter on your GEO. Adding a little more power and torque to the engine for the sake of clean air.

RNTK might benefit years from now when they finally begin shipping that nice clean stuff to the Man who Wears the Star, but that is a couple years and a little bit of legislation away.

I would suspect that the manfacturers will instead pay a fine after a year or two in litigation. They will be forced to add the 'defeat' devices back onto any newly manufactured engines.

That's it. And please don't give me the 'Green' angle; doesn't fit here. Quit deluding yourself Andy.
