After further reflection upon my above posting, I'd like to convey a very realistic possible scenario on future management decisions in regards to shareholders interests.

"Due diligence" will confirm the "fiasco" attempted by mgmt. a few years ago when the multi-media "pie in the sky" mentality artificially elevated the price of this stock.

With only a handfull of (bs) mpeg game titles, mgmt. touted the miraculous wonders of potential windfalls, then announced a secondary offering of stock to the public.

What they didn't say at the time was that their core subsidiary (Sigma Dsigns Imaging Systems) was going down the commode.

Fortunately, the toilet was flushed a little faster than management anticipated, the stock crashed, and mgmt. cancelled the offering due to "unfavorable market conditions."

Now...BEWARE...This company hasn't earned dogsh.. since. If this stock appreciates much above current levels, don't be surprised if stockholders get blindsided by the announcement of another public offering.(Preceded by more pie in the sky crap)

Management couldn't care less. My "Due Diligence" shows that they don't purchase any of their own stock, they just sell- sell- sell.

My advise to investors: short term trade it only, buy the dips then quickly sell the rallys.

My advise to management: Leopards havn't been known to change their spots, however, a live human being in your investor relations dept. and some money where your mouth is (Inside buys) may help.

Good luck folks...
