Another point...the ownership cap on the preferred holders would be the limit on their short positions...as you must owe the return of stock to be able to margin short sell it (and that's a beneficial position)...But I have never found anything in the documents that would allow the preferred holders to short... Moot point...the short position is not there...and the company has the power of press releases to counter any effect of moderate short positions...
