Ok a compromise is in order, how about pee wee's head morphed on to Favio's body... of course we wouldnt have to any voice overs or anything.

I guess we could arrange FBN to design a 500 foot tall chicken holograph, and maybe have it scaling up the Empire State building while fighting off all sorts of flying objects like airplanes, UFO's, Blimps, flying dinosaurs, aggressively hyped stocks etc etc.
