if i may check in with my two cents...

becoming involved in a lawsuit of this nature is 1) a gross preoccupation of time that drains off strength, energy and focus, and 2) allowing oneself to be deluded into thinking that the company was responsible for one's poor investment decision.

each is as bad as the other.
