Mark,
Took you up on your suggestion... just finished talking with the co. regarding shares and other things.
There are about 13,700,000 shares fully diluted. Of these only 5,500,000 are "basic" shares. The rest are embedded in convertible preferred stock which may be converted to restricted "basic" shares at some future time. Of the 5,500,000 "basic" shares, about 4,500,000 are in "private" hands, so the float is about 1,000,000 shares.
SPDV expects to become a fully reporting company next year, this is one of their goals.
They have three areas of operations: satellites, interplanetary/asteroid exploration and development, and hybrid rocket research. Their ISS division in San Diego is producing revenue from mission design/consulting and is helping fund the neater stuff (asteroid exploration). A division in the UK is also producing some revenue.
