SIII sold about 80 million shares for $68M, with a profit of $26.6 M in 1/98. Sold for $.85/share their cost was $.52/share

ALSC sold about 35M shares for $32M in 4/98 for about 9.5M profit.
Sold for $.91/share, their cost was $.64

ESST sold their shares for $22.5M at no loss or gain.(no figures on how many shares)
Does anybody know?
I think it was a desparate sale, in order to raise cash, they also mentioned they lined up $50M line of credit
