Ashton Update! I talked to Ashton Canada this morning. Things are progressing well and on schedule. Sub samples are being processed as we speak.Ashton would not disclose how many sub samples. My guess anywhere between 10-15. Based on my discussion, the samples should arrive in Vancouver by mid Nov and will need to go through some additional work at the North Vancouver Lab for a few weeks. This is a conservative estimate. My guess remain that we will see an update on K14 bulk sampling results by Dec 1st. Interesting change of tone! Not sure if I heard this right but assuming Ashton recovers over 150 carats from this parcel of bulk sampling, they will value the stones. This is a different direction than what I heard in the past. This does not mean that Ashton knows yet what they have, as it is still being processed. However, a few stones may have been seen by a few. There is a lot to speculate here. Let us all remember that this is a macro test and not micro. We are looking for big stones over 0.8mm.... I am starting to get the feeling that the market may get a big surprise on this. Ashton may bring back the attention to Buffalo Hills with this announcement. Drillng to start on many new anomolies within 3-4 weeks. K11 results have not been processed yet. Sitting in the Lab. It will be processed within the next few weeks. My feel is that Ashton will proceed to bigger K14 samples, anywhere from 2000-5000T and additional cash will be raised next year. I am confident by then the stock will be at higher prices. Hopefully, they'll issue rights again.... regards Frank
