Hi Pamela,

My gut says that they will not spin off New Media right now. It is not a great IPO market, New Media really doesn't have critical mass vis a vis the heavy weights in the industry. I think they might be better off doing some strategic alliances to raise cash/funding for continued investment. The heart of this company is Wireless Fiber and it will not survive or succeed without it, so I expect them to continue to do adroit, smaller scale investments/alliances, but not to spin it off. Also, though not a finance expert, it might be to their benefit NOT to spin it off so that its value is less quantifiable and more negotiable in a future large scale transaction (but that is my novice speculation).

Good to hear from you.

Regards,

Barbara
