Mark, Found a similar post on yahoo ***************** LU & WCII announcement is great news for Winstar. This agreement looks very similar to the contract LU has w/ARTT. Network design, integration and buildout services. Interesting to watch this run together. Bill Rouhana has a large financial investment w/ARTT. LU now has agreement in place w/both ARTT & WCII. Harry Hirsch has been buying ARTT stock recently and last summer when Rouhana made a run at ARTT their stock was around 13 and WCII was in the 40's and Wall Street applauded the combo. You can bet LU believes the combination of ARTT & WCII is positive and would create a huge advantage over TGNT. Sandra
